Out of respect for our time and resources, we kindly ask that you provide a 48 business hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 48 business hours in advance will be charged half of the scheduled treatment and cancellations less than 24 business hours in advanced will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment. No-call/no-shows will be unable to book future appointments at Dew Skin Studio, in addition to, being charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.

We do not accept returns on any skincare products purchased at Dew Skin Studio.
